Statement of consent when uploading your CV
You hereby grant Business Esbjerg, CVR Number 301642109 (Danish company registration number), permission to file your CV and other submitted information for a period of three months from today’s date. After three months, your data will be erased automatically.
Your CV and other submitted information will only be made available to Business Esbjerg’s partner companies (potential employers), and they will contact you, in case they find your CV/profile interesting.
Business Esbjerg is responsible for handling your personal data.
You have the right to request access to any personal data, which Business Esbjerg has registered about you. If you wish to have your CV and other submitted information deleted, you may contact Lasse Jensen, laj@businessesbjerg.com at any time.
Business Esbjerg reserves the right to pull and save statistics from the CV database. The statistics only include the number of uploaded CVs and have no reference to any individual. Statistics will only be used for internal purposes.
In case you believe that Business Esbjerg does not comply with the rules for data protection, you may file a complaint with The Danish Data Protection Agency.
This statement of consent is given in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation § 7 and the Data Protection Act § 6 (1), cf. the General Data Protection Regulation § 6 (1) litra a.
