This webinar is an introduction for entrepreneurs who need to understand and implement effective pricing strategies. In just two hours, you will learn how to increase your revenue by setting the right prices, avoiding common mistakes, and clearly communicating your prices to your customers.

From being overwhelming and complex, pricing can become your most important ally on the road to a successful business. As today’s speaker says:

“It is my experience that almost all businesses and entrepreneurs struggle with how to set their prices. Yet, it is the last thing they spend time, money, or effort on. As a tech startup founder I spoke with a few months ago said: ‘It’s really only relevant for startups at a later stage, that are a bit more mature.’ I disagree. Of course, don’t go all in with a Chief Pricing Officer, a fancy tool, and a bunch of consultants to help you from the start. That’s just common sense. But DO spend time on it. At least a little time. Why? Because it will save you from so many mistakes and so many sleepless nights.”

The webinar is divided into four parts, which together provide a picture of how to get started with finding the right price.

Introduction to Pricing:

  • What is a price, and what is value?
  • Why is pricing important?
  • Common mistakes to avoid.

Define Your Price:

  • Identify your products/services and your ideal customer profile.
  • Analyse your market and competitors.
  • Set your goals and how pricing can help you achieve them.

Set Your Price:

  • Pricing methods: cost-based, competition-based, and value-based.
  • Whether or not to conduct a price survey and test prices.
  • Tools and platforms for pricing.

Communicate Your Price:

  • How to communicate prices to customers.
  • Handling price changes and discounts.
  • Whether or not to negotiate prices and internal communication.

After 2 hours, you will have:

  • A deeper understanding of pricing and its importance for your business.
  • Practical tools and methods to set and adjust prices.
  • Strategies for effectively communicating your prices to customers.
  • Insights into how to avoid common pricing mistakes.

Your guide on the journey from good idea to good price:

Jessy Brughmans has over 20 years of experience in pricing and commercial strategy. She has worked with both large international companies and small local entrepreneurs. With a background in communication and international relations, she combines data-based analysis with coaching to achieve optimal results. Jessy is known for making complex topics simple and easy to understand.
