Company description

Since the beginning in 1983, VL Staal a/s has developed into being one of the leading manufacturers of steel stacks in Europe, and we are today delivering projects all over the world. Next to steel stacks, we are producing various products – pressurised and non-pressurised vessels, ducting systems, flue gas channels, bridges, machine frames and wind turbine towers. And a great more. We are situated close to the harbour of Esbjerg, and we thus have the possibility to ship also larger structures by sea. All construction and production is performed according to international norms and standards, and the quality and environmental procedures are documented and certified according to ISO9001 and ISO14001. The most important raw material of VL Staal a/s are the employees. We are approx. 85 top qualified and motivated employees, who are at the disposal of of the customers in order to create the best solutions. The production takes place in 12.000 sqm. workshops incl. a separate department for stainless steel. We have a maximum lifting capacity of 60 tons and a height below crane hook of 7 meters. VL Staal a/s can serve our customers through the whole process regarding design, calculation, installation and maintenance.
