Toyota Louis Lund A/S

In 1994, Dorte and Louis Lund bought the Toyota business in Brøns, with 8 employees. In 1963, the first Toyota cars came to Denmark, and the business in Brøns was there from the start. Toyota Louis Lund is the only Toyota business remaining from those who were there from the beginning in 1963.
In 1998, Industrivej 36 in Ribe was purchased. The business has been rebuilt and expanded several times. The branch in Ribe serves as the company's headquarters.
In 2001, Louis Lund bought the Toyota business in Vejen. At that time, the business was located on Dalgas Alle in Vejen. In 2005, the Toyota business moved to a completely new car dealership at Vestermarksvej 5 in Vejen – close to the motorway.
On January 1, 2006, Louis Lund bought the Toyota business in Esbjerg. In 2008, a major renovation and extension were carried out, and most recently in 2024, the sales department has been updated to Toyota's newest Retailconcept.
On March 1, 2007, Louis Lund established a Toyota business in the old Tæppeland on Tømrervej in Varde. These premises were too small, so in 2008 completely new modern premises were built at Jeppe Skovgaards Vej 21 in Varde. In January 2024, Louis Lund A/S took over Varde Biler A/S at Jeppe Skovgaards Vej 11. With this acquisition, more space was created in both the sales department and the workshop.

In 2008, the ownership group was expanded. Lars Hansen bought into the company. Lars Hansen had been employed at Toyota Denmark in Middelfart for 20 years and was employed by Louis Lund A/S in 2005. The division of roles between Louis and Lars is today carefully divided. Louis is responsible for sales and administration, and Lars is responsible for the aftermarket, including spare parts and mechanical as well as body workshops.
On October 1, 2023, there was another expansion, Autoforum in Ringkøbing was acquired.
The activity at Louis Lund includes buying and selling new and used cars.
In recent years, they have sold around 2,800 cars, of which about 1,000 were new cars. The goal after acquiring the new branches is car sales of at least 4,000 cars.
They primarily service Toyota cars but also have significant activity with other brands at their workshops. The body shops are growing rapidly, and they repair damage on all car brands.
Loans and leasing at Louis Lund also constitute a large activity, and customers can advantageously take out loans or leasing with Louis Lund A/S.
They have a portfolio of approx. 3,900 loan and leasing contracts. Leasing contracts are currently issued by Louis Lund Leasing ApS.
