In May 2025, Frank Sihm and Torben Bech took over the German high-pressure giant DYNAJET GmbH and moved the entire production to Tjæreborg. After starting up in June, DYNAJET A/S today produces and delivers professional high-pressure systems to customers worldwide – with Danish ownership, German quality traditions, and a growing team of local employees.

DYNAJET A/S develops and manufactures professional high-pressure systems with operating pressures from 150 to 3,000 bar for industries worldwide. The product range includes high-pressure trailers, trolleys, and built-in modules for a wide variety of tasks: from cleaning heavy construction machinery, building and concrete renovation, and agriculture to ship maintenance, offshore platforms, port facilities, and removal of graffiti and chewing gum.

A strategic acquisition focusing on quality and growth

When Frank Sihm and Torben Bech were encouraged in spring 2025 to take over DYNAJET GmbH and continue the 25-year-old high-pressure giant, the goal was clear: to maintain the high quality and reliable service that DYNAJET customers worldwide know. The choice fell on Tjæreborg as the new production base, where the company has been fully operational since June 2025.
Frank Sihm, who is Chairman of the Board, brings extensive experience from the high-pressure industry into the company, while CEO Torben Bech has a strong background in project management and product development from international companies such as Welcon, Vestfrost, and LEGO. Together with Martin Glarbo on the board, they ensure solid leadership with both industry experience and strategic insight.

Local jobs with an international perspective

DYNAJET A/S currently has 15 employees with ambitions for further hires. To ensure technical expertise and product quality, Technical Manager Alex Sawinow came along from Germany, while most of the team has been recruited locally in Esbjerg Municipality.
