In addition, the company has established a new showroom and retail area where customers can receive professional advice on both selection and use of their products. The service department, which handles the maintenance of safety equipment to ensure certification compliance, has been upgraded and expanded. The department for fall protection courses has received new indoor facilities, allowing them to serve trainees regardless of weather conditions. Finally, a department for rental of PPE equipment and fall protection has also been established.
