In NextGen, we focus on the daily collaboration between generations. Through professional presentations, cases, and experience sharing, we better equip those responsible for apprentices to meet the next generation. This could be Generation Z and young people with different conditions and needs.

NextGen meets 4-6 times annually and provides you with new knowledge, new perspectives, and a strong network that can help retain apprentices/students and create better matches between young people and companies.
