Candidates from all over the country participate in Career Fair Esbjerg, where they come to learn more about their future career opportunities.
Every autumn we hold Career Fair Esbjerg for the benefit of job seekers as well as companies from Esbjerg. In 2025, 60 local companies participated, which were visited by approximately 900 job-seeking candidates. The next fair is on September 24, 2026.
At Career Fair Esbjerg, you have the opportunity to address directly the target group seeking career opportunities in the Esbjerg area. The target group includes job seekers and career-interested individuals both inside and outside the region, including graduates, students, etc.
Marketing
The target group is informed about the fair through relevant media and communication channels. For example, we work closely with secondary education institutions, the Engineers' Association, the Academics' Unemployment Fund, the local press, the Academics Campaign, and various job centers.

The Career Fair gathers students, graduates, and job seekers with their sights set on a future in Esbjerg and the surrounding area. They come to network, find internships, student jobs, or full-time positions – and to meet companies like yours.
The fair is marketed broadly throughout the region, which is noticeable among the visitors. Besides local students, we attract candidates from educational institutions in, among others, Odense, Aarhus, and other larger cities. Many of them are considering moving to the area or commuting for the right job.
