Talentship Alumni is the network for you who have completed Talentship and wish to build further on your leadership development. Here you hold on to the tools and reflections you know, while strengthening relationships with former participants across teams and industries.

The network meets four times during the year. Each meeting has a current theme within leadership and self-leadership and gives you new inspiration, concrete tools, and professional sparring. The meetings are designed so that you can both reflect on your own practice and bring new perspectives home.
You become part of a network that:
- works further with principles and habits from Talentship
- puts relevant themes into play that strengthen your leadership role
- provides access to professional sparring and inspiration from other alumni
- supports knowledge sharing and dialogue between meetings
The purpose is to keep you sharp as a leader or specialist – both professionally and personally – and give you a strong community you can draw on in your further development.
Subject and agenda are sent out approx. one week before the meeting.
Target group: Former participants in the Talentship leadership development program.
